MAX people allowed to enter the competition is 30 people
There will be food available to purchase on the day as well as beverages and coffee.
Novice 3 Lift Powerlifting Competition
WHEN: Saturday May 25th 2024
PRICE: $80 each competitor to pay using our online platform (NO REFUNDS)
WHAT: This is an UN-Sanctioned event, open to novice lifters interested in gaining experience in a powerlifting competition. Anybody can enter. Wrist wraps/knee wraps are allowed along with Normal Gym Clothing.
Membership with a federation is not needed to compete in this competition.
WHERE: Platinum Training Academy (22 Garema Circuit, Kingsgrove)
WEIGH IN: Saturday 7am - 8am (STRICTLY)
LIFTERS BRIEFING: 8am - 8:15am
FIRST LIFT TO COMMENCE AT 9am
RULES: We will be going over the rules that will be followed on the day and we will be following the IPL rulebook for lifting commands.
