Start the day with a nutritious breakfast including a good source of protein such as eggs or salmon
* Try not to skip breakfast as you're more likely to overeat in your following meals for the day
* The protein will keep you satiated for longer and mean that you are less likely to snack early on in the day and or between your next meal
* When we start the day with a nutritious meal we are more likely to continue on with this type of eating throughout the day.

However if you start the day with something you consider to be unhealthy you're more likely to feel like you've failed and will just count the rest of the day as a write-off
