Listen to your bodies responses to food


Do you get bloated?


Are you congested/ is your nose blocked when you aren't sick?


Do you have problems with your bowel movements?


Are you dealing with a lot of acid reflux?


Note down what you are eating and after what foods, in particular, are you getting these responses; it is possible that you may have a food intolerance that you are unaware of.


When we keep consuming foods that cause an inflammatory response in the body, in high amounts, it can lead to greater gastrointestinal problems down the track.
