HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN A PERSONAL TRAINER AND A COACH

Continuing on from our last post on this topic some of the other qualities you should expect from a quality fitness professional include;

1. They lead by example; a toned body with a low body fat percentage does not guarantee a good experience with an amazing fitness professional. Some of the best coaches may not look like a stereotypical fitness fanatic however they are focused on health and fitness goals.

We at PTA are all constantly working towards our health and fitness goals; living by example we would never encourage our clients to do something that we wouldn't safely do ourselves.

2. You leave feeling better than when you got there; there are so many factors outside of our session that affect what kind of energy we bring to our day but even if we come in feeling low we want you to feel at least 1% better when you leave, proud of yourself for what you managed to achieve rather than what you have left to do.
