Sustainability & Adherence
Even if you start the best possible intervention for fat loss, if you are only able to adhere to it partially or for a short time, then you will be unable to achieve the expected results. You may only achieve results for a short period or they may not even come at all.
Not only that, you may create a negative behaviour pattern for attempts in the future. The human brain relies on past information to decide the motivation for future experiences. If you have failed before, that could then affect your outlook when it comes to trying again.
It is important to not get attached to seeing fast results but rather follow a plan that you are able to adhere to long-term. The results may come slower, but the chances of making progress and keeping it are higher.
Even the best possible fat loss intervention means nothing if you can’t stick to it.
