SACRIFICING YOUR SLEEP TO GET EXTRA TRAINING DONE WILL INEVITABLY CAUSE REGRESSION

I have this conversation everyday with so many people and although I literally repeat myself every single time, I never get sick of saying it because I always want to see people around me flourish and if my advice/recommendations can help them get one step closer to what they want, then I’ll keep doing what I’m doing

The more/better you sleep the more efficient your metabolism, the stronger you become, and the more muscle you’re able to build

Aim for 7-9 hours of deep sleep.

Sleep in a dark room that’s not too hot or too cold

Avoid phones, television, iPads, or any form of stimulant at least 1 hour before bed

Wake up at the same time everyday - you always want to ensure your sleep/wake cycle is consistent everyday

Incorporate these into your DAILY routines, and you’ll see a big difference in your body composition, your performance as well as your energy and your focus throughout the day
