Too many times we see people disregard this fact and unfortunately we see many injuries as a result of it (especially with the deadlift!)..We have a saying at PTA and it goes like this.
Don’t blame the exercise for your injury, blame your movement..How many of you put technique as your number one priority when moving a Barbell? ..If you don’t, in our educated opinion, you should because what it will allow for is a healthy movement pattern, no unnecessary aches or pains, and most importantly, consistent strength increase!
