My opinion is and always will be that anything that you do to ‘hack’ your body into getting you a result is absolutely pointless.
The most amazing physiques we see do two things the majority of the time:
1. Stay consistent
2. Look after their health
Stop thinking short term. Think about making constant progress. Think about maintaining a goal and not just getting their and having it short lived.
