What to do when you don’t get those hunger signals

Too often people provide us food diaries which highlight to us that they aren’t eating enough through the day and as a consequence they end up over consuming on calorie dense items at night.



This leads them to think they have no self control when in reality they aren’t fuelling themselves through the day. 



When we encourage them to increase their calories over the day we often hear “but I’m just not hungry”. This is accurate for them - they have been under eating for so long that they aren’t getting the signals from their body to eat at regular intervals.



If you start by integrating the below template for your nutrition it is a great way to improve your daily intake and you’ll be surprised at how quickly your appetite returns, regulates and you have extra energy through the day!



✨ 3 Main Meals through the day with a good source of protein



✨ 2 Snacks in between (bonus points if these have lots of protein in them also)
