WHEN A CALORIE DEFICIT AND INCREASE IN EXERCISE ISN’T BUDGING YOUR FAT LOSS GOALS

Many people forget the NUMBER 1 step when wanting to lose fat, and that’s ensuring sleep (and therefore recovery), is always kept a priority.

If you’re someone who barely sleeps and is always tired and stressed out, you NEED to learn to ease the stress off your body, especially your nervous system.

An easy way is to get into a regular sleep/wake routine. Ditch your night-owl habit, if it is possible. You should be aiming for 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

Staying up late stimulates the release of stress hormones that trigger the fight or flight response from your nervous system.

Your bedroom should be dark and cool, without electronics and lights beeping and blinking at you. You may even want to consider using a fan or air filter to supply white noise.
